Chair Yoga for Everyone
Join us for this fun, accessible practice for all levels of practitioner. You'll practice a 45-minute chair yoga class appropriate for all experience levels of yoga (or no experience at all!). You'll mobilize all the major joints in the body, gently tone and stretch the muscles and finish with a guided relaxation to center your mind. Class fee: $15 at door ($12 for yogis 65+)

Stretch & Flow Community Yoga
Join us for a donation-based, community yoga class to warm you up for whatever your Saturday has for you!
-- 45-minute, well-rounded stretch & flow class – let’s create a welcoming Yoga community!
-- Practice mat-based postures for flexibility, strength, balance & coordination, with closing guided relaxation.
-- Bring your own mat (limited mats available).
-- Walk-ins welcome. Door opens at 7:45am.
-- Suggested donation $10 (cash at door).

Yoga & Functional Mobility Flow
Join me on select Thursdays for a well-rounded yoga mat practice focusing on flexibility, strength, body awareness & coordination.
Movements will include simple, effective postures to get the energy flowing, practices to strengthen the muscles around the major joints in the body, breathing practices to energize & balance the nervous system, as well as a finishing guided relaxation.
Whether you're seeking a general lifelong movement practice, a practice for a recovery day between workouts, or a rejuvenating practice for mind and body, we've got you covered in this class!
$15 cash at the door.

Restorative Yoga Flow & Tea Meditation
Combine the intelligent sequencing of Hatha Yoga with the flowing movements of Vinyasa ... and add light weights (optional) for a bit o' challenge. This class is a mix of holding classical postures to build strength and flowing through postures to enhance mobility and balance. Fee: $20
Note: This class has an OPTION to use 1 - 5-pound weights intermittently through class. OmBody has limited weights for your use - you can also bring your own. To maximize safety & minimize joint issues, no more than 5-pound weights will be used in class.

Sunday Serenity (Yoga Flow & Nidra)
Flow yoga classes tend to be a mixture of breath-work and energizing movement. Begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more creative flowing sequences. The physical portion of class ends with slower, deeper floor-based stretches.
Yoga Nidra, commonly translated as "yogic sleep," integrates the benefits of the flow practice and rejuvenates the nervous system and mind. Through systematic relaxation, rotation of consciousness through the body and finally resting the mind -- you'll experience Sunday Serenity!

Yoga Flow for Core Strength

In this class, you’re building deep stability through the pelvic floor, transverse abdominis and even the diaphragm.
Yoga flows for core strength are far more versatile than you might think. Yes, they’re brilliant for toning, but they’re also ideal if you’re postnatal, a beginner, an athlete, living with back pain, in perimenopause or menopause … or just wanting to move with more ease and confidence in daily life!
And it’s not just about physical change. You will start to feel more confident in their bodies. It’s not just about how strong you are, it’s how connected you feel.
