Time to Empower Women & Normalize Perimenopause

I've been working through Dr. Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0 course ... I wish someone would have educated me that all the "crazy" symptoms I started experiencing a few years ago are a "normal" part of most women's perimenopause years.

The heart palpitations at 2am were the worst ... so very scary. The hot flashes - for me, several times an hour at one point - as well as the night sweats, blood sugar fluctuations, brain fog, joint pain, etc -- were unnerving at best, debilitating at worst. Being an overall "healthy" person, I thought something was wrong with me, that I'd failed, that I'm just going downhill from here ...

It's taken over two years & I'm still on this journey ... yet it's really encouraging to know that there are women like Dr. Sims who are researching women & the effects of this menopause transition ... AND normalizing it & the fact that we can do SO MUCH to work through this time successfully & be stronger on the other side.
