Gather ideas and simple practices to build your body’s strength and immunity.
In this workshop, we will practice simple movements to build internal heat and also store energy intelligently for the winter season.
Practiced over time, these movements increase both vitality and relaxation in body and mind.
In addition, you’ll experience daily lifestyle habits from Ayurveda to infuse your autumn with stability and ease amidst changes in digestion, schedules and weather.
Fee: $28 (includes take-home educational materials and fun surprises to start / enhance your practices.
