In collaboration with Reagan Fitness, I’ll be facilitating an Introduction to Yoga Series in November/December!
This series focuses on yoga for beginners seeking practices to complement their fitness program. The 6-week series includes asana, breathwork, relaxation and brief intro to meditation.
When: Sundays, 6:00-6:45pm

October 6th & 20th
November 3rd & 17th
December 1st & 15th
Where: The Yoga Garden
What: Chair Yoga is for everyone — whether you sit in an office all day, just did an intense workout, have mobility limitations, or seek a gentle mind/body reset. The practice includes gentle seated / standing postures, breath awareness practices, & a finishing relaxation / meditation. For all ages & experience levels.

The Yoga Garden Fall Beginner’s Series is FULL … However, join me for the Intro to Yoga Series at Reagan Fitness (above) or mark your calendar for January 12th, 2020 when the New Year’s Beginner Series begins at The Yoga Garden. Can’t wait to pracrice with you!
