This humble posture does wonders for those days your body/mind says, “Ok, I think we’re done here.”
Legs up the wall (or draped over a couch or seat of a chair) down-regulares the nervous system, literally & figuratively brings you “back to Earth,” and provides both rest & rejuvenation for the body & mind.
Practice on the floor, in your bed, office, tent or … Y’know, come to think of it, I have practiced this in a car 😉. It wasn’t pretty, but it did the job.
